Setinggan ni is quite a rare word now...but when i was assigned to assist the setinggan folks in Tanjung Lumpur..i went there to look into the conditions of these people.So i went there alone with my camera.Tak kenal orang kat kawasan tu so i befriended this 3 boys in the photo.Sedih jugak tengok,the boy in the yellow t shirt demam and selsema and the father bagi makan panadol without taking him to the clinic.
My wish is there wont be any setinggan in Kuantan,Just give them a place to stay and to bring up their families after all mereka pun rakyat Malaysia.
