I have posted this kind of photos before but i wasn't too sure what they were doing..So today i saw them and went down to have a chat with some of them.The sand colected in the gunny sacks are going to be use as part of the "unjang" to attract fishes ..Unjang is made from coconut leaves 
and to be placed on the sacks of sand.Unjang akan digunakan sebagai umpan dan dibiarkan terapung-apung di permukaan laut. Ikan akan berkumpul di bawah unjang
The leaves provide some sort of a small shade in the ocean.. In one of my fishing trips I have a chance to observe a small crab taking shelter from the sun ray by staying under a floating rubber slipper... so the bigger the shade ..the more the fish I guess.. he..he
